BoomChicago is situated at the historical Leidseplein Theater in Amsterdam. BoomChigaco was founded in 1993 by a group of American tourists, and since then has been the most successful comedy theatre in Holland. It is a feast of energetic sketches and improvisations.
BoomChigaco is a dynamic theatre offering a combination of sketches and improvisations full of satira and controversial elements about cultural, political and social issues. All this pure comedy is seasoned with jokes and plots about the Amsterdam experience from a foreigner’s perspective!
